The Gira design system covers 12 design lines, more than 300 functions and over 90 frame variants. Frames, switches and flush-mounted inserts can be changed independently — so Gira fits any interior and can change with it.

55 × 55 mm

System 55: the common denominator

The key is a 55 × 55 mm square. One size for all function inserts and their frames makes planning, logistics and installation simpler. Switch, socket, KNX push button, thermostat or loudspeaker — they all share the same format.

    About us

    A family business. Three generations. One brand.

    TEMA was founded in 1990 and has been the exclusive representative of the German brand Gira in Poland since 1992. We are a family business in its third generation, and for more than 30 years we have supported architects, electricians and installers — in classic installations and in KNX building automation.

    We run training for smart-system integrators and for architects and designers to grow the smart home market in Poland. Our electrical engineers are there to help customers with information and advice.

    Four design lines — Gira F100, F200, F200 flat and F300 — more than 200 functions and frames without visible partitions. At the end of 2026 Gira F100 becomes part of System 70.

    Light+Building 2026: what’s new from Gira

    In Frankfurt Gira showed System 70, a new IP door communication system, push buttons 4.55 Plus and Detect with an air-quality sensor, a Gira X1 update with voice control and Gira Eco with PV and battery storage support.
